Shipping:

Most of our orders are dispatched on the same day and occasionally between 1 – 2 working days after cleared payment has been received. We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure their safe delivery to you. Orders are sent via Yodel, Royal Mail, DPD or DHL. There may be an additional delivery charge for international orders (outside of the UK).

Refunds and Returns:

We hope you are delighted with everything you buy from us. However, if for any reason you are not, simply return it to us (at your own cost) within 30 days of purchase in its original condition and with your receipt (order confirmation), and we will gladly find you a replacement or refund your money. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, please return it to us (at your own cost) within 30 days of receipt in its original condition. We will be happy to replace where possible or refund you in full if the item is found to be damaged. All returns must be authorised and sent back to us with proof of delivery. Any return postage costs will be refunded at our discretion only.

Please note: we don’t offer refunds for Kindle books as they are provided by a 3rd party system.
