Our sales department can offer help with ordering, information on the availability of new titles and support for special events and book launches. We also welcome enquiries from foreign rights agents who may be interested in representing Invitation Publishing in other parts of the world. If you wish to discuss an order, special sales and discounts on bulk orders, please get in touch.
Invitation Publishing also acts as a distributor for various publishers of Islamic books. Our staff, with years of publishing experience, are ideally suited to this challenge. Some of the services we can offer publishers include:

Quran Schools
We fully appreciate that, as Madrassas (Quran Schools) and small organisations, being cost-efficient is a high priority whilst also trying to maintain the highest levels of education. We share this passion and therefore offer a discount of 20% to all educational organisations. Please contact us to obtain a personalised discount code for your organisation or email us with your order.

Shipping and Returns
Most of our orders are dispatched on the same day and occasionally between 1 – 2 working days after cleared payment has been received. We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure their safe delivery to you. Orders are sent via Royal Mail, Yodel, DPD or DHL. There may be an additional delivery charge for international orders (outside of the UK).
Refunds and Returns:
We hope you are delighted with everything you buy from us. However, if for any reason you are not, simply return it to us (at your own cost) within 30 days of purchase in its original condition and with your receipt (order confirmation), and we will gladly find you a replacement or refund your money. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, please return it to us (at your own cost) within 30 days of receipt in its original condition. We will be happy to replace where possible or refund you in full if the item is found to be damaged. All returns must be authorised and sent back to us with proof of delivery. Any return postage costs will be refunded at our discretion only.
Please note: we don’t offer refunds for Kindle books as they are provided by a 3rd party system.
